ContractBazar is building a technology-enabled legal ecosystem for MSMEs and growing businesses. We are looking for a Product Manager - AI & Legal Tech who can turn the Founder’s legal and business vision into scalable, technology-enabled products.

This hands-on role spans translating vision into product requirements, leading development from concept to launch, and driving AI-enabled automation and legal-tech productisation in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, SaaS or technology.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into product requirements.
• Excellent execution and project-management skills.
• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, automation and emerging technology.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and new technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

We are looking for a Product Manager - AI & Legal Tech who can take the Founder's legal and business vision and turn it into scalable, technology-enabled products.

The Founder provides the business problem, legal insight, product vision and strategic direction.

Your role is to answer:

How do we turn this vision into a product that is simple, scalable, measurable and valuable to the customer?

This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys product development, technology, AI, process design and execution.

What You Will Own

1. Translate Vision into Product

Work directly with the Founder to convert business and legal requirements into clear product requirements.

You will:

• Understand the Founders vision and intended customer outcome.
• Break complex legal and business requirements into clear product requirements.
• Translate ideas into user journeys, workflows and product specifications.
• Identify dependencies, risks and execution requirements.
• Convert concepts into prototypes and functional product requirements.
• Ensure the final product remains aligned with the original business objective.

2. Product Development & Execution

Own the product development journey from concept to launch.

You will:

• Create PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design user journeys and workflows.
• Create wireframes/prototypes where required.
• Work closely with developers and technology partners.
• Break products into milestones and deliverables.
• Track development and resolve execution bottlenecks.
• Coordinate product releases.
• Ensure features are delivered as intended.

You will be expected to drive execution, not simply track it.

3. AI & Automation

Be the internal champion for AI-enabled product development and automation.

Working within the Founder-defined business problem, identify opportunities where AI can:

• Automate repetitive legal workflows.
• Improve customer experience.
• Reduce manual intervention.
• Improve speed of service delivery.
• Assist with legal assessments and information processing.
• Improve document workflows.
• Support customer communication.
• Generate intelligent recommendations.
• Build AI-assisted internal workflows and agents.

You do not need to be an AI engineer.

However, you should be curious, hands-on and comfortable experimenting with AI tools, LLMs, APIs and automation platforms.

The objective is simple:

Use AI where it creates measurable customer or business value.

4. Legal-Tech Productisation

Work closely with the Founder and Legal team to turn legal expertise into repeatable, scalable products.

Products and workflows may include:

• Business Legal Health Checkup
• Get Paid
• Contract solutions
• POSH products
• Legal Partner Programme
• Compliance solutions
• Legal education products
• AI-assisted legal workflows

Your role is to help convert expert knowledge and services into structured product experiences that can scale beyond individual lawyers.

5. Product Quality & Testing

Own product quality from a user and execution perspective.

You will:

• Define test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Test features before release.
• Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Identify functional and usability issues.
• Track bugs and ensure resolution.
• Maintain product quality checklists.
• Identify recurring product issues.
• Work with developers to ensure fixes address the underlying problem.

6. Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Once a product is launched, own the measurement → learning → improvement loop.

Track metrics such as:

• Adoption
• Activation
• Conversion
• Drop-offs
• Feature usage
• Customer engagement
• Completion rates
• Customer feedback
• Revenue contribution
• Manual effort saved
• Automation achieved

Use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

7. Cross-Functional Product Leadership

Act as the bridge between:

Founder Legal Technology Operations Sales Marketing

Ensure everyone understands:

• What is being built
• What is being built
• What outcome it should create
• What needs to be delivered
• By when
• How success will be measured

You will be responsible for driving product execution across functions, not merely coordinating meetings.
