Job summary

Space Consultant in Delhi is seeking a Research, Product & Strategy Associate to work directly with the founders on product research, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on understanding and improving the product by researching markets, competitors, AI tools, and software workflows.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Engineering graduates with 24 years of experience, or MBA graduates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in product, technology, AI, software, and business strategy.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand software products deeply — including their features, workflows, user experience, and underlying use cases.
• Highly proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms, and comfortable using AI extensively in everyday work.
• Ability to independently explore and learn unfamiliar industries, technologies, and products quickly.
• Strong written English and the ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly.
• Comfortable working extensively with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and research tools.
• Curious, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of open-ended assignments.
• Comfortably operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve as the product and company grow.

Responsibilities

Location: Delhi (In-office, 5 days/week)

About the Role

We are building an AI-native product for the legal industry and are looking for a Research, Product & Strategy Associate to work directly with the founders across product, research, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives.

This is a highly cross-functional role with a strong focus on understanding and improving the product. You will research markets and competitors, study how AI and software products work, analyses user and industry needs, and translate your findings into product ideas, strategic recommendations, and structured execution plans.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into unfamiliar subjects, understanding how products and businesses work, experimenting with technology, and turning large amounts of information into clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Work On

• Work closely with the founders on product research, product strategy, feature exploration, and new initiatives.
• Study our product and related workflows to identify product gaps, improvement opportunities, potential features, and new use cases.
• Research AI, legal-tech, SaaS, and software products to understand their features, workflows, UX, capabilities, positioning, and use cases.
• Conduct research across markets, companies, products, competitors, customers, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze competing AI and legal-tech products across their business models, customers, pricing, funding, features, and market positioning.
• Build structured research databases, competitor matrices, market maps, feature comparisons, and product analyses.
• Speak to or study potential users and customers to better understand their workflows, pain points, behaviors, and requirements.
• Convert research and user insights into product recommendations, feature ideas, strategic briefs, and actionable next steps.
• Analyze information to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and strategic insights.
• Experiment extensively with AI tools and emerging technologies to understand how they can be incorporated into the product.
• Create clear presentations, spreadsheets, documents, product notes, and strategic briefs.
• Support the founders on high-priority projects across product, strategy, market intelligence, and business initiatives.
