You are the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the global AI legal framework, emerging tech policy, and top-tier strategic commercial partnerships. You own the global legal governance lifecycle for our AI products, cloud ecosystems, and strategic tech alliances, ensuring Searce leads the industry in responsible, high-speed innovation.

• LLM Deployment Ownership: Architect the hands-on orchestration of Large Language Models for automated contract intelligence—from risk scoring to real-time playbook generation. You own the prompts, the validation, and the systemic uptime.
• CLM as a Product: Manage Ironclad, SpotDraft, or native stacks as an engineer-operator. You build the API-led integrations and self-healing escalation logic that turn Legal into a high-velocity engine.
• Eval-Driven Legal AI: Engineer the internal benchmarks that define the "quality bar." You instrument the telemetry that determines when AI can run autonomously and when human intervention is vital.

• Tactical Dispute Ownership: Drive the global dispute lifecycle with precision. Ensure external partners are hitting strategic milestones rather than just tracking hours. Monitor everything through live dashboards, not static documents.
• Notice-to-Settlement Velocity: Re-engineer the pre-litigation phase to neutralize 80% of threats before they accelerate. Leverage AI-assisted case modeling to dictate a winning settlement strategy.

Commercial & Transactional Execution

• AI Contract Governance: Define the contractual frontier for AI deployments—managing data provenance, model liability, and frontier SLAs to safeguard both our products and our clients.

• AI & Frontier Tech Native: Extensive experience advising on cutting-edge AI deployments, large-scale data ingestion, and cloud-native software platforms.
• Cross-Functional Authority: Demonstrated success acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, Board members, and engineering leadership.
