Franklin Templeton is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead discovery, define outcomes, and shape roadmaps for AI-enabled products. You will work with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and establish MVP criteria.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, prioritization, and governance alignment. The position requires 5+ years in product management with experience in software, data, or AI products, and a track record of delivering business impact.

About The Department

Franklin Templeton’s AI and Digital Platform team for Sales and Distribution develops AI, data, workflow, and digital solutions that improve business performance and user experiences. The team brings together product managers, engineers, data specialists, architects, and governance partners to deliver innovative, enterprise-scale products. Team members work collaboratively in small, cross-functional groups that value evidence‑based decision making, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption. Joining the team provides exposure to advanced AI technologies, enterprise product development, and high‑impact business initiatives.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

• You will lead product discovery and user research activities.

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Degree from a premier business school (IIT/IIM or equivalent).
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with software, data, platform, automation, or AI products.
• Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading product discovery and adoption initiatives.
