Job summary

The role requires 12+ years overall experience, with 5+ years in product leadership, and hands-on exposure to Jira, Confluence, and AI tools. Pune-based, work-from-office, with f2f interview mode.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale platform modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.

Experience

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale platform modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, Figma, and AI productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
