Job summary

- Experience in end-to-end product management and requirements gathering.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence for tracking and documentation.
- Exposure to digital transformation and workflow automation in a healthcare context.
Responsibilities
- Manage product requirements and support end-to-end Product Management activities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and process improvements.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for requirement tracking, project documentation, workflow management and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across business and technical teams.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain product/docs, user flows, wires, and prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with teams involved in clinical research to understand processes and needs.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance product functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
