Qualificações

• 0-1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, CS, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hybrid setup in Pune (on-site on scheduled days)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
• Curious with a user-first mindset

Responsabilidades

We are hiring an Associate Product Manager on behalf of our client. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work. You will work with product, design, and engineering teams to help build and improve products that users love. Role & responsibilities

• Support the product team in defining product requirements and writing user stories and PRDs
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities
• Assist in building and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog
• Work with design and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features
• Analyze product data and user feedback to track performance and suggest improvements
• Help prioritize features based on business impact and user needs
• Coordinate with QA to support testing and product releases
• Track key product metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product review meetings (in-office and online)
• Communicate product updates clearly to internal teams

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, and basic SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (on-site in Pune on scheduled days)
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
• Strong curiosity and a user-first mindset
