Job summary

BitDelta India is seeking an experienced Product Manager with FinTech and crypto experience to own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with engineering, design, growth, and compliance to build scalable trading and investment products.

Responsibilities include defining vision and roadmap, writing PRDs and user stories, and driving analytics, A/B testing, and growth metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience in FinTech/Crypto.
• Experience with trading or investment products is a plus.
• Strong ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder management.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Compliance, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience.

• Strong product strategy, roadmap, Agile, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SQL, analytics, and product metrics.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field. MBA preferred.

Feature adoption, MAU, user retention, trading volume, customer satisfaction, and timely product delivery.
