You will own end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to execution, translating complex trading workflows into scalable user experiences.

You will work with engineers, quants, designers, and compliance teams to build fast, compliant products, leveraging APIs and real-time data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience in fintech, broking, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and brokerage systems.
• Experience with real-time data, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Excellent communicator capable of rallying engineers, traders, and executives behind a shared vision.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who lives and breathes trading, and can also roll up their sleeves with engineers to build high-performance, retail-friendly products.

The ideal candidate understands how broking platforms, order types, and market microstructure work, while also being comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and technical trade-offs. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle-from strategy to execution-translating complex trading workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for a next-gen retail trading platform with algo trading to be the driver of the product.
• Translate trading workflows (orders, margin, risk, execution) into simple, intuitive user journeys.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth integration of real-time market data, order routing, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with quants, designers, and compliance teams to build products that are fast, compliant, and delightful to use.
• Use metrics, feedback, and experiments to continuously refine the product.
• Stay ahead of regulatory updates, exchange changes, and new trading trends to ensure product edge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, broking, or trading platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and brokerage systems (bonus if you’ve traded yourself).
• Strong technical acumen: comfortable with APIs, data infrastructure, and collaborating deeply with engineers.
• Experience working on real-time, data-heavy products.
• Builder mindset: thrive in ambiguity, bias towards action, and ability to ship quickly.
• Excellent communicator - able to rally engineers, traders, and executives behind a shared vision.
