Job summary

BitDelta is seeking a senior technology leader for Global Technology & Trading Products, based in Bengaluru (Bangalore) or Mumbai. You will own the engineering organisation and the trading product roadmap across BitDelta.com, BitDelta.in and BitDelta.pro, guiding backend, frontend, QA, DevOps and architecture.

You’ll drive scalable, secure trading systems, manage institutional connectivity, and ensure compliant engineering practices in partnership with Security, Risk & Compliance.

BitDelta's trading ecosystem spans digital-asset trading, India-focused crypto services, and multi-asset trading platforms for retail, professional, and institutional customers across BitDelta.com, BitDelta.in, and BitDelta.pro.

We’re looking for a senior technology leader to own our engineering organisation and trading product roadmap across all three platforms - someone who can pair deep trading-domain expertise with strong engineering and people leadership.

What you’ll own:

• Technology strategy and product roadmap across BitDelta.com, BitDelta.in and BitDelta.pro
• The application engineering organisation - backend, frontend, QA, DevOps and architecture
• Scalable, resilient architecture for trading and account services (microservices, cloud infra, DR)
• Trading products: order management, matching/routing, pricing, market data, positions & fees
• Institutional connectivity (FIX, MT5, CQG, Iress) and liquidity-provider integrations
• Secure, compliant engineering practices in partnership with Security, Risk & Compliance
• BitDelta India’s technology needs within the global roadmap

What you bring:

• 12+ years in software engineering, with 7+ years leading large engineering organisations
• Proven ownership of production trading technology at an exchange, brokerage, or trading infra provider
• Strong grasp of market microstructure, order lifecycles, liquidity and execution
• Deep hands-on background in Java, Node.js or Python
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL
• Cloud experience on AWS, GCP or Azure with mature CI/CD practices
• Track record managing budgets, vendors, hiring and org development

Nice to have:

crypto exchange + multi-asset brokerage experience, FIX/MT5/CQG/Iress familiarity, India fintech/payments background, wallet & custody or liquidity-aggregation experience.
