Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with developers, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Founding Product Management: You will translate the Founder's vision into actionable roadmaps. When the Founder is focused on the big picture, you are the one making the decisions to keep the ship moving.
• Strategic Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct "Pro-Level" deep dives into the AI landscape, dissecting competitor features, pricing models, and UX flows.
• Rapid Prototyping via "Vibe Coding": You must be capable of building your own functional prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools (AI studios, etc.) to validate ideas instantly.
• Stakeholder Relations & Strategy: You aren't just building the product; you are selling the vision. You will own the creation of Pitch Decks, investment memos, and strategic narratives to assist leadership in fundraising.
• Full-Stack Growth (GTM): You will lead Go-To-Market strategies. You understand that "building it" is only half the job; "selling it" via ASO and community engagement is the other half.
• Cross-Functional Communication: You will act as the shield for the engineering team, clarifying vague requirements and defending the roadmap against scope creep.
