Job summary

AuctionIt is seeking a Product Manager to own product initiatives end-to-end and drive B2B products from concept to launch in a fast-paced startup environment. You will collaborate with engineering, design and business stakeholders, translate customer needs into clear requirements, define roadmaps and success metrics, and monitor product performance to deliver measurable impact.

Experience in startup or high-growth settings is preferred.

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building and managing B2B products.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of product outcomes.
