Responsible for supporting profitable growth through local activities that allow the portfolio to be sold in line with the strategy defined by Channel and End-User Marketeers. Collaborates with other enabling functions to define and deploy the 4Ps (Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion)
Support North American Product Managers in managing assigned product categories, with a primary focus on Lighting Controls and connected solutions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, opportunities, and risks. Analyze product, portfolio, pricing, and profitability performance; recommend actions to improve growth and margins. Drive portfolio optimization through SKU rationalization, lifecycle management, and product phase-in/phase-out activities. Support new product introductions, product launches, and commercialization efforts. Develop business cases and data-driven recommendations for product, pricing, and portfolio decisions. Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations and value propositions. Support sales enablement and go-to-market activities through training materials, launch content, and product communications. Maintain accurate product, portfolio, forecast, pricing, and performance reporting. Support forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews through data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives and resolve business challenges. Independently deliver high-quality analysis, presentations, and recommendations with minimal oversight.
