Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SME lending products, including secured and unsecured offerings.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to enhance product propositions.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams for product implementation and process improvements.
• Monitor product performance, portfolio metrics, profitability, and customer feedback to drive continuous enhancements.
• Define eligibility criteria, pricing, onboarding journeys, and customer experience frameworks.
• Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
• Prepare business cases, product notes, policy changes, and approval documents.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Track industry developments and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen market competitiveness.
• Support product launches, training programs, and communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage partnerships and ecosystem integrations relevant to SME business growth.
