S&P Global is seeking an experienced Product Manager to deliver workflow, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions for global capital markets. You will turn product vision into roadmaps, launches, and measurable outcomes while partnering with clients and cross-functional teams.

You will influence strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver capabilities that increase efficiency, adoption, and business value across the Public Markets products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related role.
• Experience with SaaS, workflow, platform, data, or API-driven products.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, market structure, trends, and competitors.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Identify automation and AI-driven innovation opportunities.
• Translate objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and metrics.
• Prioritize backlog with Engineering and UX through agile delivery.

About the Role

Grade Level (for internal use): 10 We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to deliver workflow, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions for global capital markets. The role combines strategy and execution, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to turn product vision into roadmaps, launches, and measurable outcomes.

The Team

S&P’s Public Markets team delivers workflow, data, and technology solutions for capital markets participants globally. You will join an agile team enhancing electronic order management, bookbuilding, issuance, compliance, market intelligence, and automation solutions.

The Impact

The Product manager will have an opportunity to join a high performing team responsible for building next-generation electronic order management, new issue analytics, data feed, and compliance tools for institutional investors. You will influence strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver capabilities that increase efficiency, adoption, satisfaction, and business value.

What's In It For You

Own strategic product initiatives for capital markets workflows. Work with leading banks, issuers, and investors. Shape roadmap decisions across workflow, analytics, and AI-enabled products. Collaborate globally across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related role. Experience with SaaS, workflow, platform, data, or API-driven products with good understanding of XML, JSON and REST. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and agile delivery skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial markets, investment banking, fixed income, or fintech. Experience with APIs, integration platforms, automation, or AI-enabled solutions. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
