Job summary

rinf.tech is seeking a Product Manager to define product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with design, engineering and QA to deliver high-impact software products.

You’ll drive backlog prioritization, coordinate launches, and iterate based on market feedback, KPI insights, and stakeholder input.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and collaboration with management, engineering, design and QA.
• Ability to write clear, well-structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in using data and metrics to drive prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Experience with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or Aha!

What you’ll do

• Help define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the software application in alignment with business goals and user needs
• Help gather, prioritize and refine requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams
• Translate business objectives and user feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with design, engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
• Prioritize the backlog based on customer value, business impact, effort and strategic needs
• Communicate product plans, progress and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage product launches and cross-functional alignment with different stakeholders technical and non-technical
• Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and market changes
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs and use data to inform decisions and measure success

What you need to be successful

• Experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) working on software products, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how to collaborate effectively with management, engineering, design and QA
• Ability to write clear, well-structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria
• Solid analytical skills comfortable using data, metrics and user feedback to drive prioritization and decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Experience with product management tools preferably Azure DevOps (or others e.g., Jira, Aha! or similar)
• Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, architecture trade-offs, technical debt) to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
• Self-driven, organized and comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
