Job summary

rinf.tech is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer to build and enhance D365 solutions using X++. You will design integrations, APIs, and data entities, collaborating with product teams across a global landscape.

Ideal candidates have strong X++ development, REST API experience, and a solid grasp of Azure services, deployment, and DevOps. Flexible remote/hybrid work is available to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations technical development.
• Advanced proficiency in X++ development, extensions, customizations, and integrations.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, custom APIs, and web services.
• Strong knowledge of D365 Data Entities, OData, Custom Services, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control, and deployment processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++.
• Support and enhance existing D365 applications and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain API-based integrations between D365 and external systems.
• Develop and consume/expose REST APIs, custom services, OData services, and Data Entities.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and application owners to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices with a focus on performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and release management.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate relevant system changes to business users and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within the D365 landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver and support solutions.

What you'll do

• Understanding of D365 security framework, roles, duties, privileges, and user access management.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) integrations.
• Familiarity with SharePoint integrations and Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience supporting One Version updates and release management activities.
• Knowledge of licensing, compliance, and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to adopt new technologies.
