Job summary

URTech Computers offers a Product Internship designed to teach the fundamentals of agile product management. Interns shadow Senior PMs, analyze user data, and help write specifications that guide our engineering teams.

During the internship you will gain real-world experience in market research, backlog prioritization, and product documentation with mentorship from experienced tech leaders. This program uses Jira, Linear, Mixpanel and Notion in a dynamic IT solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and software lifecycle.
• Familiarity with data analysis using SQL or Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis.
• Analyze user behavior data with Mixpanel to identify friction points.
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Assist in running Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups).
• Prioritize the product backlog based on user feedback and business value.
• Create and update internal product documentation and release notes.
