Job summary

Ripik.AI in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success team, particularly during deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripik's products.

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned developers, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to value realization and coordinating across hardware, software and data science teams. This role offers growth, mentorship and international exposure.

Qualifications

• B.Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM A/ B/ C/ L.
• 5 plus years of work experience in Top Tier Consulting
• Excellent communication skills : written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Interface between Customer and Ripiks Technical Team (Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments
• Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.
• Spend the day around Planning, Prioritize and Tracking the activities of the POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers team
• Drive Technical Problem and Practical trouble Shooting of Engineering and Data Science Team
