Job summary

Rinf invites engineers to join our deployment team in Hyderabad, India. You will design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize release processes across development, staging and production environments.

We value hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Terraform and cloud platforms. This role offers remote or hybrid work, collaboration with global teams, and opportunities to grow with a fast-expanding East-European technology partner.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with software deployment, release management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools.

What you'll do

• Support in planning, coordinating and executing software deployments across development, staging and production environments
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments
• Configure and maintain deployment environments, infrastructure and supporting tools (containers, orchestration, cloud services)
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases
• Automate repetitive deployment tasks and improve release efficiency and reliability
• Document deployment procedures and infrastructure configurations
• Manage release processes, including versioning, change management and rollback strategies
• Monitor deployments in real time, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability post-release
• Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes, tools, and best practices

What you need to be successful

• Hands-on experience with software deployment, release management and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools with Azure DevOps (other examples e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud platforms preferably AZURE (AWS and GCP are a bonus) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)
• Solid understanding of version control (Git), branching strategies and artifact management
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues across application, infrastructure and networking layers
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools used during and after deployments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with development, QA and operations teams
• Attention to detail, risk awareness, and a structured approach to change management
• Continuous-learning mindset to stay current with modern deployment practices and tools
