Job summary

Rinf invites you to join a global tech team based in Hyderabad, offering flexible remote or hybrid work. You will design, develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and .NET (C#), build reusable test suites, and integrate AI-driven testing tools.

You’ll perform manual testing, create detailed test plans, and drive quality across UI, API, and integration layers. The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and product owners in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with manual testing and test automation for software applications.
• Hands-on proficiency with Playwright (.NET / C#) or Selenium/C#
• Strong knowledge of C# programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and Dependency Injection
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques and the full software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred)
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and bug-tracking systems (Azure DevOps)
• Ability to write clear, concise and well-structured test cases and defect reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product owners and other stakeholders
• Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset to stay updated with testing tools and practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain structured, scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, and integration) using Playwright and .NET (C#) adhering to clean code principles (SOLID, DRY)
• Implement and maintain the Page Object Model (POM) architecture to ensure highly reusable and non-brittle test suites
• Integrate AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Visual AI for visual regression, LLM APIs for semantic assertions or self-healing locators) to enhance framework robustness
• Perform thorough manual testing of new features, bug fixes and regressions
• Create, execute and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps in collaboration with developers to resolve issues
• Perform exploratory, usability and edge-case testing to uncover issues automation may miss
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test results for continuous feedback
• Analyze test coverage, prioritize high-risk areas and recommend improvements to testing processes
• Maintain test data, environments, and reporting dashboards
• Continuously improve automation frameworks, tools and best practices within the team
