Job summary

Indiagold seeks a Product Manager to lead the design, build, and scale of its lending technology stack. You will collaborate with business, credit, compliance and engineering teams to translate requirements into digital workflows powering lending operations.

You will drive the product roadmap for the lending business, optimize LOS/LMS integrations, and create real-time dashboards for portfolio visibility. The role requires 3–6 years in lending/fintech with a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of total experience, with prior experience in lending/financial services strongly preferred.
• Experience in digital lending, fintech, or financial products is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of loan workflows, KYC, collections, and credit operations.
• Familiarity with LOS/LMS platforms and integrations with financial/regulatory APIs (CKYC, bureaus, payment rails).
• Hands-on experience building AI prototypes and product workflows, and documentation using AI

Responsibilities

• Support and drive product strategy and roadmap for indiagold's lending business across the customer and loan lifecycle.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, and Finance to ensure lending workflows align with business, operational, and compliance goals.
• Help with Product Operations to understand how the end user uses the product and resolve their day-to-day problems and issues
• Build and optimize internal systems (LOS, LMS, and Partner APIs) to deliver scalable, automated, and auditable processes.
• Drive integrations with bureaus, CKYC, DSA/BC partners, payment gateways, and credit engines.
• Create dashboards for credit, finance, and operations teams for real-time portfolio and performance visibility.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to improve underwriting accuracy, loan turnaround time, and fraud detection.
• Define and track success metrics for product performance, compliance, and customer experience.
• Manage the product lifecycle - from problem discovery, PRD creation, and prioritization to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

Role Overview
