Multitude is seeking a Digital Lending Product Manager to lead the vision and delivery of the lending platform (LMS and LOS). You will shape loan products, partner integrations, and convert requirements into precise specifications, collaborating with engineering through delivery and UAT.

You should have hands‑on Indian digital lending experience, with a track record of building or implementing a digital lending platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Indian digital lending product roles.
• End‑to‑end build or implementation of at least one LMS or LOS.
• 2+ years at NBFC or lending platform; banking‑only careers don’t qualify.
• Mix: roughly 50% lending/credit, 30% technical, 20% business.
• Knowledge of RBI digital lending framework: KFS, APR, FLDG, penalties.
• Strong specification writing and daily fluency with AI tools.
• Engineering graduate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision and roadmap for the lending platform (LMS/LOS).
• Operate with Agile methods and prioritize backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design loan products (interest, fees, repayment, DPD, APR journeys).
• Manage multi‑partner APIs, onboarding, deduplication, webhooks, tenancy.
• Capture integration requirements including RBI, credit bureaus, KYC/CKYC, e‑NACH/UPI.
• Coordinate delivery with engineering and UAT sign‑offs.

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Digital Lending Product Manager to lead the vision and delivery of our lending platform, covering both LMS and LOS. You’ll shape loan products and partner integrations, turn requirements into clear specifications, and work closely with engineering through delivery and UAT.

We’re looking for someone with hands‑on Indian digital lending experience and a track record of building or implementing a digital lending platform. The goal: launch by March 2027 with our first partner portfolio live, regulatory requirements covered, and a platform that makes it faster to onboard future partners.

Responsibilities

• Product vision and roadmap for the lending platform (LMS and LOS).
• Agile Way of Working.
• The backlog, spec-first: every feature specified with acceptance criteria before build.
• Loan product design: interest, fees, penal charges, repayment schedules, DPD, the KFS and APR journey.
• The multi‑partner construct: partner APIs, onboarding, deduplication, webhooks, tenant isolation.
• Integration requirements: All compliances including RBI, credit bureaux, KYC and CKYC, e‑NACH and UPI mandates, bank payment rails, e‑sign.
• Delivery: sprint priorities with engineering, UAT design and sign‑off.

Required Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of experience, of which 2+ years in Indian digital lending product roles.
• At least one digital LMS or LOS build or implementation carried end to end.
• 2+ years in one stint at an NBFC or a lending‑platform company. Bank‑only careers do not qualify.
• The mix: roughly 50 % lending & credit domain 30% technical, 20% business background.
• Working command of the RBI digital lending framework: KFS, APR, FLDG, penal charges.
• Strong specification writing, and daily fluency with AI tools.
• Graduate, engineering preferred.
