Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Product Manager to join our India team on a full-time basis. You will bridge business and technology, gather requirements, write detailed user stories, and drive Certinia PSA (SFDC) initiatives with the I&E System Operations team.

You'll partner with diverse teams, enable adoption, and help deliver enhancements while ensuring governance and efficiency across Salesforce-based platforms. Prior experience with Certinia PSA is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years overall experience and 3+ years of experience in implementing or managing Certinia PSA.
• Experience in requirement gathering, detailed user story writing, and liaising with tech teams.
• Ability to coordinate across business and multiple engineering teams to deliver on shared objectives.

About The Role

As a Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The Certinia PSA Technical Product Manager (based in India) will be part of the team responsible to improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the Certinia PSA (SFDC) managed by the I&E System Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with diverse teams and business lines to bring innovative systems to life and ensure best in class governance and processes are being used
• Act as the bridge between business and tech stakeholders to collect business needs, write technical stories and work with tech teams to test, validate and implement
• Collaborate with system engineering for products you manage including design and integration ensuring they function optimally and meet business needs
• Provide training and support adoption to the Salesforce.com systems user base
• Provide technical and process support for inquiries on Certinia PSA
• Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns and general requests

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education
• 5+ years overall experience and 3+ years of experience in implementing or managing Certinia PSA
• Technical Product Manager experience in requirement gathering, detailed user story writing, liaising with tech, testing and user testing support and business inquiries
• Understand your team's technologies and be able to evaluate system designs and architecture as you participate in discussions
• Ensure cross-collaboration between business and multiple engineering teams to deliver on shared objectives
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Keen analytical and proven problem-solving skills with a detailed driven and results oriented approach

Desirable

• Salesforce.com administrator experience is a plus
• Business acumen on revenue related operations such as order management, revenue recognition or billing is a plus
• Based in Gurgaon or Pune is a plus, but open to other locations in India
