Job summary

OMS Business Digitalisation Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Product Manager to own the OMS roadmap, translating NABL-compliance needs into practical features for labs and assessors.

You will work with NDT domain experts, enterprise clients, and the engineering team to define requirements, track KPIs, and steer delivery in sprint cycles. This is a hybrid role offering senior compensation and the chance to shape a platform used by accredited labs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or compliance-driven software.
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise clients — discovery calls, on-site visits, or advisory boards.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with product metrics, funnel analysis, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile delivery.
• Able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering in sprint cycles.
• Domain knowledge in lab management or quality management systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience shipping B2B products used in regulated or accredited environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the OMS product roadmap — prioritise ruthlessly based on client impact, compliance requirements, and business value
• Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria in collaboration with domain experts and engineering leads
• Conduct discovery with enterprise clients — labs, assessors, and NABL-accredited facilities — to surface real workflow pain points
• Define and track product KPIs
• Use data to validate feature decisions and identify where the platform is falling short
• Work within sprint cycles alongside engineering and QA — unblock decisions, clarify requirements, and accept completed work
• Manage the feature request pipeline across Sales, Customer Success, and Support — decide what makes the cut and communicate why
• Coordinate with the NDT domain team to ensure every compliance-related feature is technically accurate before it ships

Labs operate under strict accreditation standards; the right call on a single workflow can determine whether a client passes or fails a NABL assessment. You'll work directly with NDT domain experts, enterprise clients, and the engineering team to translate real compliance requirements into a product that actually works on the lab floor.
