Job summary

OMS Business Digitalisation Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a solid Java backend developer to build and scale the core OMS platform, the engine behind job management, test reporting, calibration tracking, and NABL‑compliant workflows for hundreds of labs.

You will design RESTful APIs, write production-ready Java with Spring Boot, and optimise data models for performance and traceability. The role includes collaboration with frontend and domain experts, code reviews, and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and query optimisation.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
• Understanding of authentication and authorisation (JWT, OAuth2).
• Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
