Job summary

Ownpath Learning is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with clients, designers, and engineers from scoping to delivery and beyond. This hands-on role requires understanding problems, defining requirements, and aligning teams to build impactful digital products.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in product management, ideally at a strong startup or MNC
• Experience launching digital products or significant product initiatives
• Strong understanding of product development across design and engineering
• Ability to scope projects across headcount, timelines, dependencies, and buffers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with designers, engineers, and client stakeholders
• Good understanding of technology infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Working knowledge of Jira, SQL, Google Workspace, and Miro
• Tool-agnostic, quick to adapt to new systems, and proficient in leveraging AI workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Design experience is good to have

Responsibilities

• Scope design-only, development-only and design-to-development projects from requirements through delivery
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand the problem, define requirements, and establish priorities
• Break down complex projects into phases, milestones, and actionable workstreams
• Estimate team requirements, timelines, dependencies, and buffers
• Identify risks and constraints early and build them into the project plan
• Work closely with design and engineering leads to ensure projects are realistically scoped
• Drive product execution from kickoff through launch
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers across projects
• Coordinate testing, reviews, and QA before releases
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• Translate goals into product priorities and actionable roadmaps
• Facilitate product discussions around priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing
• Help shape longer-term product roadmaps beyond the immediate project scope
• Use data, research, and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions

This is a hands-on role. Youll be expected to understand the problem, figure out what needs to be built, scope the work, align the team, manage execution, and ensure were building the right thing - not just delivering whats on a brief. Youll work across design and development projects, making sure teams have clarity on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and quality while also helping shape what comes next.
