Job summary

Ownpath Learning Private Limited is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and internal teams to take projects from scoping through delivery and into longer-term product strategy. This hands-on role requires you to understand the problem, scope work, align the team, manage execution, and ensure we build the right solution— not just delivering what's on a brief.

You will drive scoping, planning, and delivery while shaping the roadmap with data and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or MNCs.
• Experience launching and scaling digital products or significant initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product development across design and engineering.
• Ability to scope projects across headcount, timelines, dependencies, and buffers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Good understanding of technology infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira, SQL, Google Workspace, and Miro.
• Tool-agnostic and quick to adapt to new systems, with AI workflow proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex projects into phases, milestones, and workstreams.

• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers; manage trade-offs as needed.
• Coordinate testing, reviews, and QA before releases.
