Practo is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to own the roadmap for our core product in Bengaluru, India. You will bridge strategic vision with execution, working with UI/UX, backend, and mobile teams to deliver scalable, high-performance user experiences.

You will define product metrics, run agile workflows, and ensure timely feature delivery across platforms while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of verified professional experience in Product Management.
• Strong understanding of mobile applications (iOS/Android) and cross-platform architectures.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools and SQL for data-backed decisions.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are seeking a talented, data-driven, and highly collaborative Product Manager to own and drive the execution of our core product roadmap. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic vision and execution, working closely with our UI/UX design, backend engineering, and mobile development teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and highly performant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap : Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific feature tracks, translating company strategy into a well-prioritized product roadmap and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work in sync with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and mobile developers to translate conceptual workflows into robust, production-ready features.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Define, monitor, and analyze core product metrics, using user analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops to continuously optimize the user experience.
• Sprint Planning & Execution : Run agile product workflows, manage the product backlog, define clear acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, high-quality feature rollouts.
• Design System Integration : Collaborate with design and engineering to implement high-fidelity, reusable components that maintain architectural consistency with our core corporate design system.
• Launch & Lifecycle Management : Coordinate with engineering teams to safely manage application builds and production rollouts through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Experience : 3-6 years of verified professional experience in Product Management, preferably within a fast-growing B2C or B2B tech/mobile product ecosystem.
• Technical Savvy : Strong foundational understanding of mobile applications (iOS/Android) and modern cross-platform architectures (APIs, SDK integrations, and agile software development).
• Analytical Skills : High proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap, or Google Analytics) and SQL to extract insights and drive data-backed decisions.
• Communication & Influence : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business value to engineers.
• Modern Best Practices : Strong alignment with digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and advanced mobile security principles (data encryption, secure storage) to ensure premium user experiences.
• Execution Focus : A strong sense of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
