About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is able to seamlessly strike the fine balance between optimizing a product—in order to achieve the business goals and get the best out of it—and maximizing returns on investment. The task is not only to define what to build, but also to know how it will get built using the expertise of the tech and subject‑matter expert teams, always keeping in mind customer needs and experience. Therefore it is crucial for the Product Manager to have an intricate understanding of technology and develop a deep awareness of consumer needs and behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product strategy documents/ product requirement documents that describe business cases, high‑level use cases, and technical requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Develop a deep knowledge of market and end user needs.
• Understand the latest developments in technology, user experience and mental wellness.
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, product positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
• Test the product and enable the go‑to‑market strategy.
• Refine the product continuously based on user feedback.
• Manage integration with analytics platforms, track platform performance, interpret data to develop product plans and create meaningful reports.
• Define and track success metrics of the product.
