cult.sport is seeking a Product Manager to define and build the customer-facing product experience across the digital storefront, covering discovery, merchandising, PDPs, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences across app, web, and offline channels.
The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, customer-obsessed, and capable of solving complex problems with cross-functional teams to deliver simple, delightful experiences.
This role will define and build the customer-facing product experience across cult.sport's digital storefront. The charter spans the entire shopping journey - from discovery and merchandising to product detail pages, cart, checkout, post-purchase experiences, and emerging omnichannel journeys.
The Product Manager will work at the intersection of customer experience, business growth, and technology. They will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Category, Marketing, CRM, Retail, and Operations teams to identify customer problems, improve conversion, and build scalable experiences that serve millions of users across app, web, and offline channels.
Beyond optimizing today's storefront, this role will also play a key part in shaping cult.sport's omnichannel experience-bringing together online and offline journeys through initiatives such as store discovery, assisted commerce, endless aisle, click-and-collect, unified inventory visibility, and other customer-centric innovations.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with customer obsession, is highly data-driven, and enjoys solving complex problems across multiple teams to build simple, delightful experiences.
The PM and the cross-functional squads under this charter will be responsible for:
Storefront Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defining the roadmap across the customer journey-from home page and category pages to search, merchandising, PDPs, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
Conversion & Growth: Continuously improving customer journeys through experimentation, personalization, merchandising, and UX improvements that drive conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Customer Experience Design: Building intuitive, high-quality shopping experiences by deeply understanding customer behaviour, identifying friction points, and partnering closely with Design to create simple and delightful interactions.
Platform & Experimentation: Building reusable storefront capabilities that enable faster merchandising, personalization, A/B testing, campaign execution, and rapid experimentation across channels.
Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Working closely with Category, Growth, Marketing, CRM, Retail, Operations, and Engineering teams to solve high-impact business and customer problems through technology.
Data-Driven Product Management: Defining success metrics, analysing customer behaviour, running experiments, and using insights to prioritize roadmap decisions and continuously improve product performance.The role will own one of the most customer-facing product charters at cult.sport and play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase products across digital and offline channels.
