Job summary

Kushals.com is seeking a Product Executive to support digital product development across its website, mobile app, internal tools, and retail ecosystem. The role involves data-driven analysis, documenting requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in product roles within ecommerce or retail settings, with familiarity in analytics tools and Shopify.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or similar roles.
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail, consumer internet, fashion, lifestyle, or omnichannel businesses.
• Exposure to Shopify or similar commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like CleverTap, Mixpanel, GA4, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of APIs, analytics tracking, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
• Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is an advantage.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Manager in gathering requirements, defining user journeys, and coordinating feature delivery.
• Assist in testing, UAT, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoring of features.
• Analyze user behaviour and funnel performance to identify improvements.
• Track metrics like conversion rate, add-to-cart, checkout, AOV, retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Support root-cause analysis, A/B testing, and post-launch impact measurement.
• Document dependencies across frontend, backend, APIs, events, data flows, and integrations.
• Work with platforms across e-commerce, analytics, engagement, and product delivery.
• Conduct market and competitor research for planning and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency, and performance.
• Explore AI, automation, and emerging tech in products.

We are looking for an analytical and execution-focused Product Executive to support the development and improvement of digital products across Kushals website, mobile app, internal tools, and retail ecosystem. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with data, understanding customer journeys, documenting product requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and interested in solving customer and business problems within an e-commerce, D2C, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

Product Execution

• Assist the Product Manager in gathering requirements, defining user journeys, preparing user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinating feature delivery across Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and business teams.
• Assist in testing, UAT, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoring of new features and enhancements.

Product Analytics

• Analyze user behaviour, customer journeys, funnel performance, feature adoption, and customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Track key metrics such as conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, checkout completion, average order value, retention, feature adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Support root-cause analysis, A/B testing, and post-launch impact measurement.

Technical and Platform Understanding

• Understand and document dependencies across frontend, backend, APIs, analytics events, data flows, and third-party integrations.
• Work with relevant platforms and tools across e-commerce, analytics, customer engagement, and product delivery.

Research and Improvement

• Conduct market and competitor research to support product planning and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product performance across online and omnichannel journeys.
• Explore the use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies in customer-facing and internal products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or a similar role.
