Job summary

StanPlus Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Manager to shape and own the product roadmap for healthcare offerings. You will work closely with hospital and enterprise business leads to launch new products and drive market success.

The role requires strong PM experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate user feedback into product requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven Product Management experience bringing new products to market.
• Leadership DNA - proven ability to excite, inspire and lead a successful cross-functional team.
• Ability to communicate at a technical level with engineers about REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design, and Asynchronous Systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and low-level technical discussions.
• Experience in managing end-to-end app release cycles, from the product, design development, UAT, QA, post-release monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design.
• Familiarity with data-driven development concepts.
• Deep understanding of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
