RED.HEALTH in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for healthcare, logistics, and AI domains. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to translate market needs into actionable user stories and features.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business and 4+ years as a product manager, with experience in order and fleet management, strong communication, and data-driven decision-making.

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in Healthcare/Logistics/AI industries.
• Strong understanding of order management, fleet management, and related domains.
• Experience in defining and driving product roadmap and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product features and usability.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements in the Healthcare/Logistics/AI domains.

Job Role: Associate Product Manager
