Adhaan Solutions is seeking an experienced product marketing professional to drive GTM strategy for Telecom and AI-powered communication products. You will shape value propositions, messaging, and differentiation while planning launches and ensuring sales readiness.

You will conduct market and competitive analyses, work with multiple teams to drive adoption, and develop compelling sales materials and training. Stay current with VoIP and related tech to inform campaigns and product improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for Telecom and AI-powered products.
• Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation.
• Plan and manage product launches, including launch strategy and sales readiness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, BD, Technology and Marketing to drive adoption.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials like decks, brochures and FAQs.
• Provide product training and support to sales teams on features and benefits.
• Translate technical features into simple, customer-focused messaging.
• Analyze feedback to recommend product improvements and opportunities.
• Develop competitive intelligence and benchmarking reports.
• Support marketing campaigns and demand generation aligned with objectives.
• Monitor market insights and share updates with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on VoIP, SIP, Cloud Telephony, UC, SaaS and AI tech.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Telecom and AI-powered communication products.
• Define clear product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and market differentiation.
• Plan and manage product launches, including launch strategy, communication, and sales readiness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, Technology, and Marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product presentations, pitch decks, brochures, FAQs, case studies, and product documentation.
• Provide product training and support to sales teams to ensure effective communication of product features, benefits, and USPs.
• Translate technical product features into simple, customer-focused messaging and compelling marketing content.
• Analyze customer feedback, market insights, and sales feedback to recommend product improvements and new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and benchmarking reports.
• Support marketing campaigns and demand-generation initiatives aligned with product and business objectives.
• Track product marketing performance and provide regular market and campaign insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on developments in VoIP, IP PBX, SIP, Cloud Telephony, Contact Center Solutions, Auto Dialers, UC, SaaS, and AI-powered communication technologies.
