Job summary
Captain Tractors seeks a Field Product Analyst to lead market research, field surveys, and customer visits across India. You will collect and analyze VOC and market feedback to drive product improvements and new development.
You will coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Sales and Marketing, support trials and launches, prepare competitive analyses, and travel nationwide for field studies and customer interactions.

- Benchmark competitors and identify product improvement opportunities
- Convert customer insights into product improvements & new product development
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing teams
- Monitor field performance and recommend product enhancements
- Support NPI, product launches, positioning & dealer/customer training
- Prepare product, market intelligence & competitor analysis reports
- Travel across India for field trials, market studies & customer interactions
