Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle from market research to commercialization and profitability. The role requires working with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure strong market performance.

You will define requirements, guide new product development, launch strategies, pricing, and portfolio optimization while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and identify new product/business opportunities.
• Define product requirements and coordinate with Engineering/R&D for new product development and improvements.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product launch, pricing, portfolio rationalization, and phase-out.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop product value propositions, sales tools, training, and market communication.
• Monitor product sales, margins, market share, profitability, and other key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure product availability, cost competitiveness, and quality.
• Drive continuous product improvement based on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prepare business cases, product forecasts, pricing proposals, and revenue/margin plans.
• Act as the key interface between customers, commercial teams, and technical/R&D teams.
