We are looking for a Product Management Intern who is curious about how great products are built from idea to impact. At Agentic Academy Labs, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and design to shape features and experiences that help students learn to build with AI. This is a hands-on internship where you will contribute to real product decisions, not just observe them.
If you enjoy understanding user problems, writing clear specifications, and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, this role is for you.
Write and maintain product specifications and user stories for upcoming features in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Lead discovery sessions with engineers and designers to explore problems, validate assumptions, and define solution directions.
Prioritize work using frameworks and data-driven reasoning, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Create and update product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring the team always knows what matters most and why.
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability sessions to gather insights that inform product decisions.
Analyze product metrics such as engagement, adoption, and retention to evaluate feature performance and identify opportunities.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment by presenting findings, leading sprint planning discussions, and communicating status to stakeholders.
Participate in design reviews and engineering standups to stay connected to how ideas become reality.
