gumbotech in Bengaluru seeks a recent graduate to join our user research team. You will spend most of your time in direct conversations with users, conducting research calls and structured interviews to understand needs and pain points.

You will map product challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with the product team to translate user insights into better experiences. You should be comfortable initiating and leading calls, and able to adapt schedules around user availability.
