Vaidam Health is seeking a product-focused professional to partner with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements and drive product quality. You will draft PRDs, write user stories, conduct testing, and monitor issues through resolution.

You'll gather user feedback, analyze usage metrics, build dashboards, and iterate on features to improve patient-facing healthcare tech that connects patients with medical services.

About the role:

• - Partner with the product team to draft product requirements documents, detailed user stories, and comprehensive feature specifications.
• - Execute functional testing across the platform, validate user interface elements, and perform regression testing to catch issues before release.
• - Document and monitor identified bugs and technical issues through their complete resolution cycle.
• - Research competing products in the healthcare space to identify market trends and differentiation opportunities.
• - Track and analyze product usage metrics to understand user behaviour and inform product decisions.
