Job summary

Byteridge is seeking an experienced Product Launch Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of software and SaaS product launches. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Operations to ensure organizational readiness and measurable business outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop launch plans, manage risks, and enable go-to-market readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience in software or SaaS.
• Experience managing product launches or cross-functional delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and AI productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launch Management

• Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution.
• Develop and manage launch plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful, on-time launches.
• Drive launch readiness, governance, and post-launch reviews.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and executive status updates.
• Manage multiple product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Go-to-Market & Readiness

• Ensure Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Operations are launch-ready.
• Coordinate enablement, training, release communications, and customer-facing documentation.
• Support go-to-market execution and adoption.

AI & Process Improvement

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to improve planning, reporting, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement of launch processes and delivery efficiency.
