Job summary

Educe Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software product development, coordinating with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will define scope, timelines, milestones, and release schedules, drive Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. The role demands 5-10 years PM experience and strong Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software product/project management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software product development projects from planning to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain project plans, sprint plans, roadmaps, and release schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert business requirements and product roadmaps into execution plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Support, and Business teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog discussions.
• Track project progress, identify gaps, and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with appropriate mitigation plans.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution through effective coordination and escalation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical execution, and delivery priorities.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and allocation across multiple projects.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate product release activities including development completion, testing, deployment, documentation, and support readiness.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile practices, and project governance standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment planning, CI/CD processes, and production releases.
• Track post-release performance, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct project retrospectives and implement process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and delivery metrics.
• Manage communication across distributed/global teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, delivery processes, and team efficiency.
