Avhan Technologies Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a product & growth executive to turn market opportunities and customer problems into measurable business outcomes across market, product, technology, AI and GTM.

You will drive adoption, revenue, and scalable platform capabilities by leading cross-functional teams and shaping AI-enabled workflows and reusable solutions. Success will be measured by new opportunities, revenue growth and improved customer outcomes as Jodo World evolves.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities: Research industries, customers, business problems, competitors, technology, AI trends and new markets
• Understand customer problems: Identify what is broken, who is affected, what the problem costs and what business outcome matters
• Create solutions: Convert problems into products, capabilities, automation, AI-enabled workflows and reusable solutions
• Drive execution: Work with engineering, AI, QA, DevOps and other teams to define outcomes, remove blockers, validate delivery and ensure the solution actually works
• Use AI effectively: Apply AI and knowledge systems for research, analysis, product thinking, prototyping, testing, documentation, automation and GTM activities
• Drive growth and revenue: Identify opportunities for adoption, pricing, packaging, expansion, new customer segments, geographies, partnerships and revenue streams
• Improve and scale: Optimise customer outcomes and economics, increase automation and adoption, and convert customer-specific work into reusable platform capabilities

Jodo World is building a communication-native business execution system, combining communication, business processes, AI, automation, knowledge, people and enterprise systems. We are looking for a product & growth executive who can turn market opportunities, customer problems and ideas into measurable business outcomes. This role works across: Market - customer - product - technology - AI - execution - GTM - adoption - revenue - optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
