Backend developers at GrowthJockey are entrusted with designing, developing, and deploying the core logic and functionality of web applications. This includes server-side programming, database management, and system integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, PHP, and Python is required, along with expertise in database systems like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. During onboarding, you'll receive training to enhance your technical skills and behavioral competencies according to our Expectation Framework. You'll also familiarize yourself with organisation-specific tools and methodologies, while honing communication skills to excel within our standards.

Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
