Job summary

We seek a Product Engineer to drive design-to-production, oversee mould development, vendor sourcing, and ensure child-safety compliance while leading a dynamic team toward ambitious global launches.

You will collaborate with play designers, engineers and production teams to translate concepts into production-ready solutions, using CAD tools and hands-on engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in toy product design or engineering.
• Knowledge of injection moulding is a plus.
• Strong CAD skills and understanding of materials.
• Ability to work cross‑functional with designers and engineers.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to develop technically sound designs and CAD models.
• Deliver production-ready moulds for new products as per requirements.
• Source components from vendors and ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Ensure products comply with applicable child safety standards across materials, design and manufacturing.
• Lead launches of innovative products with global potential and ambitious timelines.
• Support post-launch optimization and identify opportunities for improvements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Product Engineer to join our dynamic team in our mission to design and market the most innovative and creative toys . The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of engineering principles. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop new products from concept to production while ensuring they meet the quality and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Technical Design: Collaborate with Play Designers and Visual Designers to develop technically sound designs and with aesthetic forms (Including CAD Modelling, Electronic Design)
• Mould Development: Deliver high-quality, cost-effective and production ready moulds for the new products as per the company requirements
• Sourcing and Vendor Management: Find vendors for various new or existing components, understand the delivery timelines, make sure that the items are conform to the child safety guidelines
• Child Safety: Ensure all products comply with applicable international child safety standards across materials, design, and manufacturing
• New Product Launch: Play a key role in launching new, exciting and innovative products with global potential, meeting ambitious timelines and launch targets
• Post Launch Support: Support in technical breakdown and find opportunities for optimization in the launched products
• Lead a high performing team: Enable technical understanding and drive performance of the team
