To lead end-to-end design, engineering, and development of toys and ride-on products, ensuring:

• Global-quality design
• Safe & compliant products
• Efficient mould development
• Cost-optimized manufacturing
• Strong collaboration with international designers and suppliers

• Lead conceptualization and development of toys, ride-ons, and baby mobility products .
• Mould Design & Development Expertise
• Oversee plastic injection mould, blow mould, and metal mould development.
• Convert design into engineering drawings and CAD models .
• Supervise:
  • 3D modelling
  • Prototyping
  • Pilot production
  • Validation testing
• Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with:
  • BIS
  • EN
  • ASTM
  • CPSIA
  • Global toy safety norms

Lead safety testing and certification process.

Build internal product safety framework.

Work with QA and regulatory teams.

• Drive Design-to-Cost approach.
• Work with:
  • Tooling vendors
  • Injection moulders
  • Assembly partners
  • Overseas factories (if applicable)
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
