Job summary

Drivetech-ai in Pune seeks an experienced EE Component Engineer / Lead with 6–12 years in automotive electronics engineering and component delivery for vehicle projects. You will own system requirements for BCM, PEPS, RF/LF and Gateway, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

You will drive DFMEA/PFMEA/PPAP, manage BCM architecture and product roadmap, conduct design reviews, and liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure EMI/EMC and RF certification readiness.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in automotive electronics engineering and component delivery for vehicle projects.
• Experience with BCM, PEPS, Gateway, RF/LF systems is required.
• Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA/PPAP and SOP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Mechatronics system requirements and specification development for BCM, PEPS, RF/LF and Gateway systems.
• Prepare and review H/W and S/W design inputs, HMI and display documents.
• Drive CFT coordination, issue resolution, change management and component delivery as per project milestones.
• Prepare and approve DFMEA, PFMEA and PPAP documentation through SOP.
• Manage BCM architecture, variant matrix and product roadmap.
• Conduct design reviews, technical meetings and issue escalations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, CFTs and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Support EMI/EMC, RF certification, packaging and system-level issue resolution.
