Job summary

EaseMyTrip.com is seeking a Product Manager/Designer for Holidays in Noida to lead holiday product initiatives. You will negotiate with DMCs, hotels, and vendors, and own destination P&L while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize transactions and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product or design roles within the holiday sector, strong market awareness, and the ability to translate customer feedback into compelling product improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or design for holidays products.
• Experience building holiday products by negotiating with DMCs, hotels, and vendors.
• Ownership of P&L management for destinations.
• Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration to maximize transactions and revenue.
• Ability to research competitors and collect customer feedback for product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve holiday product offerings in collaboration with suppliers (DMCs, hotels, vendors).
• Own P&L for destination-specific products and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Research competitors and gather consumer feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Analyze market trends to price and position products competitively.

• Building Holiday products for selling by contacting and negotiating with DMC / Hotels/vendors
• Ownership of P&L management for destinations
• Stakeholder management and cross-team functional expertise between a different channel for maximum results in transaction & and revenue
• Researching, reviewing competitors regularly and consumer connect for first-hand feedback for product enhancement to solve customer need
• Doing a market comparison of our product against the competition to get the best price product for our customer
