Job summary

ApplyMint in Pune is seeking a strong Product Designer to craft end-to-end UX for B2C web and mobile apps. You will translate user needs into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year UX/Product Design experience with a stellar portfolio, design education from a Tier1 college (NIT/NIFT/IIT), and a track record with high-traffic consumer products.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Designer from top college profile.
• Minimum 1+ year of UX / Product Design experience focused on B2C products.
• Strong portfolio of UX / Product Design works for top / high-traffic B2C products.
• Top B2C product company is required.
• Design education (BDes / MDes) from Tier1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT); Tier2 colleges second priority.
• Only UX designer won't work; we need product designers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
• Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
• Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards.
