Job summary

ALLEN Career Institute in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Product Designer to own product problems from discovery through delivery and iteration. Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, with proven ownership of features or product

areas end-to-end

• Experience working in 01 or fast-scaling product environments is a strong plus
• Strong ability to define and solve user problems, not just execute on given requirements
• Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and business

teams to drive outcomes

• Solid foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual design, with a portfolio showcasing

both problem-solving and craft

• Experience designing complex or ambiguous systems (e.g., multi-step journeys,

behavioral flows, or data-driven products)

• Ability to define success metrics and iterate based on user feedback and product data

Experience mentoring or guiding designers, and contributing to raising design quality

within a team

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

and drive alignment
